What You Will Be Doing

You will be involved in a wide range of activities, but not limited to the following~

  • Preparing insights and customer-facing materials to support the Relationship Management team in developing cross-sell opportunities and driving share of wallet growth
  • Planning and tracking account activity and performance in Salesforce and other CRM tools
  • Effectively manage stakeholders to influence important decisions on key initiatives
  • Critically assessing decisions made by the Relationship Management team and create businesses cases for proposed actions
  • Providing data-driven advice and consultation to optimise customer’s end-to-end acceptance and Worldpay revenue
  • Providing input to (Optimisation Team) in developing customer-specific recommendations for improving performance (including deep dives on specific optimisation opportunities)
  • Contributing to customer relationship health, increased customer advocacy and understanding of pain points to optimise ways of working
  • Becoming go-to person to understand customer business opportunities with implications on customised pricing and proposed solutions that add value for our customers
  • Internal support - business planning and risk management
  • Collaborate with Corporate Support and Implementation teams on cross-functional customer issues
  • Developing financial forecasts, summarising customers at-risk
  • Act as primary merchant facing contact when the relevant Relationship Manager is not available
  • Given the nature of the target market, this role will include regular international travel.
  • Other related duties assigned as needed

What will make you the right fit for the team? 

  • You will have some background in a client-facing support sales role in a B2B environment, ideally within either the Finance or Technology industry. You may also have a background in sales or account management, or have held a more analytical role – but you will certainly have confidence in your communication skills and strong commercial awareness.
  • In this role, you will be helping the Relationship Management team in supporting some of our largest Global Enterprise eCommerce customers in APAC, so you will need to be confident and credible in effectively co-managing these relationships.
  • You will be someone who is ambitious, and who wants to develop his or her career in a forward thinking and dynamic business. The role requires laser focused approach to collaboration within a team with common goals, working with data to provide deep analysis and research, the ability to influence others and to form persuasive arguments, the ability to build rapport with a wide range of people and a goal-oriented mind set.
