Our client is a global, product-passionate company using powerful cloud-based software to take their clients on an automated digital journey.

Peoplebank are exclusively partnering with them to uncover a dynamic Sales Executive to manage and continue building existing clients within the SMB APAC region.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identifying, approaching and converting potential new clients in order to grow their footprint in the market, and the decision makers within the client organisation;
  • Continuing to build relationships with existing clients with the objective of growing the size of the account;
  • Acting as an overall contact and escalation point, and realising that you are an extension of the clients brand;
  • Acting as an intermediary between company executives and decision-makers within potential client businesses;
  • Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
  • Identifying a range of opportunities in existing portfolios;

 

About You

 

  • 3+ years Account Manager role ideally in the cloud-based software space
  • Experience selling into the Small - Mid Market (SMB)
  • Proven experience of qualifying and uncovering customers pain points
  • Well-developed and engaging presentation skills
  • Strong networking skills and proven ability to open doors to new opportunities
  • Excellent understanding of the account management process, objectives, outcomes and techniques
  • Influencing communicator
  • Ability to think outside the square, problem solver and solutions focused
  • Self-motivated and driven to succeed
  • Follows a proven sales methodology
  • Previous accounting, finance or compliance audit experience is a bonus!
