Peoplebank are exclusively partnering with them to uncover a dynamic Sales Executive to manage and continue building existing clients within the SMB APAC region.
Key Responsibilities
- Identifying, approaching and converting potential new clients in order to grow their footprint in the market, and the decision makers within the client organisation;
- Continuing to build relationships with existing clients with the objective of growing the size of the account;
- Acting as an overall contact and escalation point, and realising that you are an extension of the clients brand;
- Acting as an intermediary between company executives and decision-makers within potential client businesses;
- Ensuring the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives;
- Identifying a range of opportunities in existing portfolios;
About You
- 3+ years Account Manager role ideally in the cloud-based software space
- Experience selling into the Small - Mid Market (SMB)
- Proven experience of qualifying and uncovering customers pain points
- Well-developed and engaging presentation skills
- Strong networking skills and proven ability to open doors to new opportunities
- Excellent understanding of the account management process, objectives, outcomes and techniques
- Influencing communicator
- Ability to think outside the square, problem solver and solutions focused
- Self-motivated and driven to succeed
- Follows a proven sales methodology
- Previous accounting, finance or compliance audit experience is a bonus!
