Sales Director

 

Description:

Reporting to the Chief Commercial Officer you will have the opportunity to apply your expert Sales knowledge and experience, working across the business to lead the development of Sales strategies for digital services and Custom Plates. During this period of growth and innovation for the organisation you will act as a key people leader, guiding a team of Sales professionals, and will be instrumental in shaping the commercialisation of significant digital product initiatives as well as developing VicRoads revenue performance.

  • Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline or advanced degree
  • People leader with demonstrated success in leading and mentoring the Sales Team
  • Experience designing commission structures
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail
  • Capable of balancing long-term, strategic road mapping and thought leadership
  • Proven Sales experience, meeting or exceeding targets
  • Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organisation, including Executive Leaders
  • Proven ability to position Products against competitors
  • Outstanding commercial acumen and experience in a complex operational organisation
