This position will be the face and the voice of the organization for the assigned geography. This position requires a motivated individual who will be in charge of executing the corporate strategy by championing core objectives and making sure that the financial targets are met. This individual will also manage sales programs to increase market penetration by increasing orders of current customers, establishing new accounts and maintaining or developing relationships with key accounts and key opinion leaders in the regions.

This role must strike a balance between company and local needs in a way that is aligned with the organization’s ultimate success.

In this role, the individual should be able to deliver meaningful messages to their respective work units, and share a compelling vision and priorities for his business groups. At the same time, listening to other perspectives and concerns will serve them well in establishing productive dialogue and opening communication.

Major Accountabilities

The Sales Director needs to be able to manage budgets, understands the financial and operational levers and variables that affect margins, controls expenses, and ensures a sound bottom line in their areas. Also, ensure we fully comply with the compliance/ethic/code of conducts requirements of Corcym; ensure people are conducting business in a fair and ethical fashion. Additionally, be able to interpret and enforce company policy, procedures, and business practices.

 

Responsible for overall business, included but not limited to:

  • Continuously drive of the sales
  • Work with cross functional teams distributors to provide the new product launch support/promotion, etc.
  • Lead sales and other functions bidding teams to participate/prepare the regional bidding affairs
  • Prepare market analysis and help line managers to make the right business strategy
  • Establish sales quotas for regional sales consultants in all categories
  • Constantly reviews all sales activities, targets, and strategies in order to maximize results
  • Monitor results closely and course-correct regions below plan
  • Ensure customer needs are effectively met and build productive customer relationships
  • Develop tactics and strategies to develop long-term commitment with key customers
  • Keep abreast of market dynamics, competitive issues, technology and projects and establish growth strategies based on such knowledge
  • Be accountable for customer satisfaction and sales performance
  • Manage the sales objective-setting process and achieve operating and strategic goals
  • Participate in the sales planning, sales strategies, territorial coverage, and budgeting processes
