Sales Director

 

Description:

Reporting to the London-based Chief Revenue Officer and supported by an international team of technology media sales experts, the mission of this position is to launch our client's flagship brand in the ANZ market - introduce the brand to the local industry, present the offer to propective clients, and achieve set revenue targets. Success is laying the foundations for growth.

 

Key tasks:

  • Devise a sales strategy which will result in hitting monthly and annual revenue targets;
  • Implement sales strategy, making adjustments along the way;
  • Ensure smooth delivery of client deliverables;
  • Organise production of media kits, brochures and other trade marketing activity;
  • Report revenue results and forcasts at monthly team meetings;

 

About the successful candidate

 

Skills & experience

 

  • Deep knowledge of the ANZ IT sector, along with a large network of contacts;
  • 8+ years sales experience, preferably within the IT industry;
  • Extensive exposure to digital media, B2B events and data products;
  • Demonstable ability to build and lead a team;
  • Represent the brand at industry events;
  • Technically literate with experience working with CMS, email marketing platforms and the Microsoft365 cloud environment;
  • Strong presentation skills at live presentations and on-stage appearances;
