Your role in the Tiffany Legacy 

The Tiffany & Co. ANZ Retail Sales Director is accountable for driving double digit sales growth for the Australian and New Zealand region. Leading a team of 9 Sales Directors and Managers, 1 High Jewelry / Client Development Director, and 1 Retail Training & Support Manager. Together, they are responsible for the achievement of sales and profitability goals through the development and execution of innovative sales and clienteling strategy, action plans, budgets and staffing plans in a balanced way, growing all business segments rapidly and consistently.

Key Accountabilities include but are not limited to the following:

Financial Excellence 

  • Develop, execute and maintain overall sales, expense and profitability strategy, including forecasts, budgets and staffing plans and be able to perform in and adapt to shifting market priorities, economic conditions and the general demands of the business.
  • Manage and ensure the achievement of each stores sales and profitability targets on a monthly, quarterly, annual and rolling basis. Provide guidance and support to the Store Management team in this regard.
  • Effectively manage each stores headcount/labour budgets across the ANZ region
  • Regularly review headcount, sales, merchandising, expense and profitability reports to identify and respond to opportunities
  • Oversee and ensure the effective execution and ongoing management of strategic retail objectives and company-wide initiatives.
