About the Role:

We are looking to hire a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to proactively engage prospects and identify opportunities at local & state government and education accounts (SLED) across the ANZ region.

 

The right candidate will possess excellent energy and drive and a real desire to generate opportunites across
a portfolio of assigned accounts.

 

They will have the ability to build effective relationships and engagement with new prospects via multiple channels including phone, email, professional networks (LinkedIn) and more, in order to generate high quality opportunities for our Account Executives to convert into sales.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Actively engage our prospective customers via a combination of calling, emailing, messaging on social selling channels (LinkedIn) and more

  • Work with internal stakeholders to research and build out strategic plans, including the mapping out of key stakeholders and decision makers within a prospect organisation

  • Become highly knowledgable on cyber security and CrowdStrike products via our education and training programs

  • Earn a black belt in modern selling practices and become a trusted guide for our prospects through our sales training program

  • Collaborate with senior sales colleagues, marketing and channel partners to drive results in your territory

  • Be a continual learner and have a creative mind about new and emerging methods to best reach and serve our prospects

  • Aptitude - Able to learn and implement new concepts quickly.

  • Self-Disciplined - Proven to be good at time management, organization, and demonstrate
    discipline in their process and everyday business.

  • Coachable - Seeks help; knows how to get help, when to ask for it and what situations call for it.

  • Security and/or SaaS Sales experience a plus but not required
