Your new role

• Assist with Customer enquiries - Prepare and raise customer quotations and sales orders
• Supply regular communications to the field sales team on a range of CRM topics – e.g. ways to maximise system usage, Features, Frequently Asked Questions, and other relevant updates/changes
• Prepare weekly, monthly and adhoc sales performance reports or other internal reports
• Identify and implement new processes and procedures
• Strong customer focused and build relationships

Your skills and experience

• Moderate experience in a similar role and a background in a business to business sales environment
• Sales/ operations administration experience
• Experience in Waste Management, Manufacturing or Supply Chain industries
• Proactive, innovative, and energetic skills - highly desirable
• Intermediate IT Skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, VISIO, CRM - Salesforce etc)
• Excellent time management, work organization and attention to detail
