The role:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role will see you play an integral part in the sales process as you will be the first point of contact for all customer inquiries and orders. In addition, you will be working closely with the sales team to support them with order processing and general administration. Part of this position will see you on the phones, calling clients to follow up on potential orders and opportunities.

Selection criteria:

  • Previous Admin / Sales Support experience – working within a fast-paced environment is highly advantageous
  • Customer centric approach with the ability to take on both cold and warm calls to customers
  • Effective communication (both verbal and written) and interpersonal skills – with the ability to build strong working relationships.
  • Computer literate – MS Office is essential.
