The Opportunity

 

We are looking for an innovative and passionate Sales Coordinator to join our Nestlé Professional Team in Rhodes where you can really grow and develop your career.

 

Reporting into our National Beverage Solutions Sales Manager, you will join a tight knit and high performing team where you will provide excellent operational and sales support to our National Sales Team.

 

A day in the life of...

 

In this fast-paced environment your day-to-day responsibilities will look like:

 

  • Providing administration support to our National Sales team such as developing regular reports, maintaining up to date records to ensure accuracy,
  • Supporting our Customer Service through the actioning and communication of customer’s requests or queries
  • Planning and coordinating national team meetings
  • Developing offer document templates to prepare business proposals and presentations
  • Managing Nestle Professional Sales samples & budgets.
  • Ordering and coordination of Point of Sale (POS) to support customers and team

  • Exposure previously working in a sales or similar environment will be highly regarded
  • You will possess significant interpersonal, networking and relationship skills with a proven ability to engage and influence at all levels
  • You will possess advanced computer literacy and analytical skill.
