Description:
We have an exciting opportunity for a Sales and Service Consultant to join our Swann Insurance team located in Melbourne CBD on a 6-month contract. In this role you will provide an exceptional customer experience, handling general enquiries and maximise sales and retention opportunities by identifying customer needs. In addition, you will live our purpose by providing certainty to every customer by being there for them when they need us.
Working 37.5 hours a week, these positions will work across a rotating roster between 830am – 600pm, Monday to Friday. You will also require the flexibility to work from the Melbourne CBD office and from home.
