Working in Laddr, this is an exciting opportunity for someone to help the team set up a scalable customer support centre for all digital service products.

With the support of our team, you’ll have the opportunity to:

• Sell and service Reece financial service products to trade customers who will benefit from accessing money to improve or grow their business and live better lives.
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience by working with our large Reece network, Reece financial services team and wider services team.
• Work closely with our branch managers and regional leaders to identify customer leads and understand their money requirements
• Support the successful rollout of Laddr

You Will

• Have exceptional communications skills, you easily identify opportunity and are confident following up leads to create outcomes.
• Be able to demonstrate that you have been successful in a sales support role
• Be confident in building relationships both internally and externally
• Have strong organising and planning skills, can manage your time wisely and effectively
• Naturally be a results orientated person and are motivated by achievement and persist until the goal is reached.
