We are assisting our client in their search for a Field Sales Rep, ideally with a background in gaining new business and someone who loves getting out, meeting people and finding new opportunities.

Our client is a national company - and this is an exciting opportunity for someone wanting to perhaps transfer into B2B.

(This is not an account management role - this is for those who love the thrill of the chase)

The Role

Whilst this is an autonomous role, you will be supported by a strong team and motivational sales manager to develop and ensure you are thriving in your region.

Equipped with a market competitive product you will be working on the road and expected to manage your own diary, growing new business and converting prospects.

You will be fully trained on the product.

Tasks

  • Sourcing new leads
  • Field sales and converting new business
  • Updating CRM database
  • Sending quotations
  • Negotiating the deal
  • Managing your own pipeline of leads and follow ups

Successful applicants for this sales representative / BDM role will be:

  • Experienced in DIRECT SALES
  • A background in the sales of industrial products, business to business, would be highly advantageous but not essential
  • A proven track record in achieving targets and successful new business development
  • CRM experience is advantageous
