We’re on the hunt for a dynamic Sales & Marketing Specialist to join our team on a 3-month contract and help us grow our client base with the possibility to extend as you meet the targets.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and execute innovative marketing strategies to attract new clients.
• Identify and engage with potential clients through outreach, networking, and partnerships.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales pitches and proposals.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, providing actionable insights.
• Achieve monthly sales and client acquisition targets.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the creative or branding industry.
• Proven experience in Meta/Google ad buying.
• Proven experience in email marketing.
• Proven experience in creating and growing communities.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to think strategically and creatively to attract high-profile clients.
• Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Comfortable working independently and taking initiative.
