About the Role

As a key member of the team, the Sales Administrator is responsible for providing administration support to the national sales team throughout the sales process through to delivery, for our Earthmoving and Material Handling Equipment division. Reporting to the National Sales Manager and based at our Erskine Park facility in Sydney’s West, the successful candidate will be an experienced administrator who can work independently, be self-motivated and use your exceptional organisation skills to maintain and enhance customer service.

 

Key Responsibilties

  • Preparation of sales documents including quotations and invoices
  • Administration support to Sales Personnel
  • Coordinate production planning and scheduling with European Factories
  • Report generation and data management
  • Distribute marketing information for Liebherr Earthmoving products
  • Promote the Liebherr brand and the quality and reliability of our products
  • Assist to implement sales initiatives

About You

  • Ideally experience within OEM equipment or related heavy industry
  • Experience with import process an advantage but not essential
  • High attention to detail and effective communication skills
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks and complete to high standard
  • Exceptional customer service skills
