You will provide exceptional administrative support to the Sales Director and the Sales Leadership team to ensure the leadership team is well supported in the smooth management of daily operations.  

 

You’ll work closely with the Executive Assistant in the AU Leadership Team to support regional projects that deliver AU business outcomes. 

 

No two days will be the same, this role is full of variety and you’ll need to have great time management adaptability and prioritization skills.  

 

We’re a fast moving dynamic business and you’ll need to be able to deal with all those last minute developments.  You’ll be a super-efficient and organised ringmaster who keeps the plates spinning with a smile on your face! 

 

THIS IS A 12-MONTH MATERNITY LEAVE COVER POSITION

 

 

 

What you’ll do

    • Keep the wheels of the AU Sales team running smoothly by proactive management and distribution of all internal AU sales incoming queries
    • Schedule and manage Sales Director calendar of events, coordinate and document meetings as appropriate, following up action items and resulting project initiatives as agreed.  Ensuring Sales Director is prepared for all meetings with internal and external stakeholders, including media interviews and speaking events
    • Prepare supporting documents - google slides, sheets, docs etc
    • Provide administrative support to the Sales Director including expenses and travel management
    • Support the EA to the AU Leadership Team in establishing, managing and implementing projects across the AU Sales team, and where appropriate, across Xero

 

 

 

 

What you'll bring with you

    • Experience organising/managing resources and establishing priorities, managing multiple projects and stakeholders concurrently
    • Proactive, self starter with the ability to adapt
    • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a wider team with a range of stakeholders
    • Excellent organisational and planning skills with the ability to effectively prioritise workload to ensure that multiple activities are completed in an efficient manner to a high standard
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Previous experience in support services in a fast paced environment
    • Most importantly, a can do attitude and willingness to roll sleeves up and help out where needed!
