An exciting opportunity now exists to join one of Australia’s most established Manufacturing and Distribution Companies who have a broad product range with multi-industry applications including mining, construction, electrical and pharmaceutical.

Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and experienced sales professional to manage and grow sales by establishing strong relationships with exist clients while sourcing and securing new business opportunities.

• Remote / Work from home opportunity with office based in St Marys NSW
• Permanent Full-time
• Remuneration package based on experience + 10.5% Super

About the role:

As the Sales Manager you will be responsible for:

• Driving sales and creating new business opportunities ensuring continual growth
• Account management including travel to regional centres
• Provide product technical support to assist customers with appropriate application
• Identify and engage in promotional and marketing opportunities
• Provide monthly reports and market feedback

About you:

To be successful as the Sales Manager in this role, you will need:

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably as a sales manager, account manager or business development manager
• Proven ability to meet and exceed KPI targets
• Be able to demonstrate some industrial market and construction industry knowledge
• Be able to manage time effectively and have high attention to detail
• Able to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Driver’s licence and ability to travel to regional areas
• Strong verbal, written and computer skills including Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills
