We currently have an excellent opportunity to join the GT Insurance team, based in Melbourne, as a Sales and Service Consultant, to develop and service our non-fleet heavy motor business. We are looking for a dynamic and energetic professional, who can use their industry knowledge, skills and experience to contribute to the success of our business.

Experience in motor insurance is essential and heavy motor insurance knowledge is preferred.

Reporting to the Team Leader / Senior Underwriter, responsibilities of the role include:

• Quoting new business opportunities, re-rating renewal business and processing of policy endorsements;
• Processing and issuing policy documentation to Brokers;
• Provide a high level of customer service to our Brokers;
• Effectively manage time to ensure multiple tasks are completed within time frames;
• Other duties as directed.

To be considered for this specialised role you must have proven experience in a similar role. You must also have the ability to make sound business decisions, be highly motivated and driven to achieve goals, have a strong client service focus with a professional and courteous phone manner, maintain a high level of attention to detail as well as possess strong communication skills.
