Rostering Support Officer

 

Description:

The Rostering Support department provides assistance for managers across HNELHD to ensure staff are rostered efficiently and effectively and in alignment with Award requirements. The high performing team is focussed on quality improvement and works hard to ensure excellence is consistently at the forefront of service delivery.

As a Rostering Support Officer, you will undertake a range of support services to enable the Rostering Team to achieve their objectives in a timely, reliable and efficient manner. A large component of your role will include the creation and analysis of large complex reports to ensure staff rosters and pays are accurate and within contract and award requirements. In addition, you will provide accurate and consistent advice for line managers and other staff as required in relation to policy and Awards, advertising requirements and electronic systems and processes.

Within this position you will report to a dedicated and enthusiastic Team Leader who will support and mentor you in all aspects of your role.

You are a highly skilled Administration Officer who has excellent attention to detail, strong demonstrated ability with analysing reports, and be passionate about providing support to managers across the district to ensure all our employees are rostered efficiently and effectively.
