- Two rooms with age-appropriate spaces (between birth to 6 years), equipped with meaningful resources and equipment for children’s ongoing learning and development.
About You
- Completed Diploma AND/OR Early Childhood Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care.
- Full Time Availability.
- Current First Aid.
- Current CPR.
- Current Working with Children Check.
- Child Protection Certificate.
- Lead Educator Experience
Key Responsibilities
- Inspiring children through interest-based play experiences that transform everyday moments into exciting adventures.
- Planning and implementing educational programs and experiences that empower children to lead their learning, from sparking creativity with storytelling, to becoming fearless adventurers in the outdoors.
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and engaging environment for all children where messy and risky play is celebrated as a cornerstone of building resilience, creativity, and unforgettable memories.
- Building positive relationships with children, families, and fellow educators because teamwork fuels the unforgettable and joyous moments shared in our Mini Masterminds community.
- Maintaining ongoing records of the children’s development from the first steps to the first day of kindergarten, ensuring no milestone goes undocumented (or uncelebrated!).
- Leading the curriculum, implementation of experiences, and regular documentation while following the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standard.
