Robotic Process Automation Consultant

Description:

The Department is seeking skilled Robotic Process Automation/Ui Path Senior Systems Analysts to join the Data and Automation Engineering Branch to drive automation initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and deliver innovative solutions.

The ideal candidates will have experience analysing, designing and implementing Robotic Process Automation solutions. This role will require staff to collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, assess system capabilities and integration points, and clearly document technical solutions.

Key duties may include, but are not limited to:

• Perform analysis and evaluation of business processes and requirements

• Propose and create conceptual and logical ICT solution designs, including documentation (blueprints/solution specifications).

• Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements and best practice in RPA processes and procedures.

• Conduct Program Integration Testing and support System Integration and User Acceptance Testing to validate RPA solutions meet business requirements.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into functional specifications.

• Communicate effectively and adapt communication style appropriate to the audience

• Establish clear work plans and timeframes for self and others

• Prioritise competing tasks and work collaboratively to deliver quality projects outcome.
