What does a Retail Manager do?

Our Retail Managers set the bar when it comes to our customer’s experience in store. They’re responsible for the management and performance of the retail business. This includes the financial aspects, and most importantly the people in the store.

Reporting to the Pharmacy Business Manager, your proven leadership skills will be key to how effective your store is in achieving our purpose of helping our customer’s lead healthier lives.

Previous retail manager experience in Pharmacy
S2/S3 certification required
Customer Service
Work with, guide and over see staff members and their responsibilites
Assess, measure and give effective feedback on staff performance
Implement training plans
Staff Meeting Champion
This role is full time, 38 hours per week.
