Responsibilities:

The Retail Sales Manager will be responsible for:
 

• Developing business plans and budgets
• Meeting key performance indicators and expenditure targets
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, recommending products and services that will strengthen the growth of their business
• Leading and developing the retail sales team
