As a Resource Management - Senior Consultant in our Assurance Resource Managementteam your impact will be seen by: 

  • Relationship building
  • Possessing a mix of Deployment Optimisation, Strategic Planning, Analytics, and Operations background. 
  • Demonstrating experience providing strong business analytics, and delivering on projects of all sizes. You will  thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities. This means you are able to roll up your sleeves, dig in and get the job done.
  • Anticipating bottlenecks, making trade-offs, and balancing the business needs versus technical constraints. Maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent and leadership are essential to success in this role. 

About you 

You have a background in workforce deployment management, resourcing or project management experience, within a corporate/professional services environment and are skilled in influencing and negotiating with the ability to assert a point of view, including with senior stakeholders coupled with the ability to learn quickly in a fast moving environment, constantly re prioritising, multi-tasking and managing a significant workload under pressure and hold an understanding of business acumen.
