Key Responsibilities
 

  • Leadership & Culture: Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding care while promoting MSWA’s core values.
  • Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff at all levels, ensuring continuous professional growth and effective communication across the team.
  • Client Outcomes: Oversee the development of tailored support plans, ensuring residents’ rights and dignity are prioritised while achieving optimal outcomes.
  • Operational Excellence: Manage budgets and resources efficiently, continuously seeking improvements in processes to enhance service delivery and team effectiveness.
     

Your Toolkit:
 

  • Certificate III or IV in Disability Services (or equivalent)
  • Current driver’s license and vehicle
  • Proven experience in managing disability accommodation
  • Demonstrated experience in assessment of needs and care planning.
  • Strong skills in team management and staff development
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Proficient in computer literacy
