Key Responsibilities
- Leadership & Culture: Cultivate a collaborative and supportive work environment, inspiring your team to deliver outstanding care while promoting MSWA’s core values.
- Staff Development: Recruit, train, and mentor staff at all levels, ensuring continuous professional growth and effective communication across the team.
- Client Outcomes: Oversee the development of tailored support plans, ensuring residents’ rights and dignity are prioritised while achieving optimal outcomes.
- Operational Excellence: Manage budgets and resources efficiently, continuously seeking improvements in processes to enhance service delivery and team effectiveness.
Your Toolkit:
- Certificate III or IV in Disability Services (or equivalent)
- Current driver’s license and vehicle
- Proven experience in managing disability accommodation
- Demonstrated experience in assessment of needs and care planning.
- Strong skills in team management and staff development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficient in computer literacy
