Research And Revenue Accountant

The role of the Research & Revenue Accountant provides research accounting support to ensure grant and contract compliance. As part of The Research and Revenue Team you will assist with financial accounting, external reporting, and compliance monitoring. You will maintain an in depth understanding of research funding, including compliance and reporting requirements, spending time frames and allowable expenditure. This is a full-time continuing position, working 35 hours per week at our Sydney Campus.

Responsibilities also include:

• Preparation of compliance reporting, certified financial statements, and acquittals for research.
• Ensuring financial reporting is accurate and compliant with grantor contractual requirements and accounting standards.
• Produce and deliver consistent, relevant, reliable, and timely research-related financial information.
• Establish strong collaborative working relationships with other teams involved in research funding.
