Reporting to the Data Insights and Performance Manager (VRMC), you will be responsible for the development, production and maintenance of business performance related reporting and providing meaningful analytical insight to support the operational success of the business. Working with a wide range of data from a variety of sources you will present information to the senior leaders and stakeholders using traditional reports, briefings, presentations and online dashboards on the business Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s), contract compliance activities and business area processes.

About the team

SprayLine Road Services is an internal delivery team within the Department of Transport providing road maintenance services, construction and associated civil works, bituminous spray sealing and line marking to DoT, other state road authorities, municipal councils, and private industry. SprayLine Road Services delivers services locally within the communities and are committed to ensuring quality, innovative and sustainable outcomes.

  • Develop and manage reports, presentations, spreadsheets and dashboards that are timely, accurate, of a high quality and derived from a wide range of data sources.
  • Development of business intelligence and reporting insights derived through data analysis and business analysis to support the wider strategic objectives and outcomes.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders as required.
  • Contribute to teams undertaking processes and projects managed by the Division.
  • Work cooperatively and collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Promote and support safe, inclusive and flexible team operations.
