Reporting Advisor

Description:

As the Business Intelligence - Reporting Advisor, you will be responsible for the development and implementation of comprehensive systems and processes to identify and capture key property performance data and information. Through detailed data analysis and monthly reporting across all business units within the Property Services Group, you will facilitate high quality, valuable insights to improve operational business performance.

This role will see you balance data analytics and engaging with stakeholders, to understand the ‘why’ behind your reports and communicate this effectively to an executive team audience. You will thrive when working independently and will proactively identify new ways to innovate and uplift the use of technology within the team.

To be successful in this position, you’ll have as a minimum:

• Significant demonstrable experience in preparing multi-disciplinary business intelligence and performance reports.

• Experience in developing dynamic performance, metric-based dashboards.

• Exceptional skills and experience utilising software packages, including PowerBi and Microsoft PPM (Project Online, Project Server, SharePoint and advanced Microsoft Excel).

• Demonstrated excellent written and verbal communication skills, including reporting and presenting on business performance metrics to an executive audience.
