Relocation Field Consultant

 

Description:

The focus of our Relocation Consultants is to facilitate the settlement of individuals and families in their new location. You ae a main point of guidance, knowledge sharing & cultural advice on a host of day to day topics that impact our clients lifestyle in Australia. Duties include;
 

  • Face-to-face meet for employees moving into your given AU city
  • Facilitating and accompanying clients on appointments, including home searches
  • Source potential homes according to the requirements of the clients
  • Negotiate lease on selected property and facilitate ancillary requirements (such as furniture and utilities)
  • Pre-arrange inspection of schools and other facilities as required of the client
  • Provide awareness on key local facilities such as medical, recreational, religious landmarks
  • On-going support to assist the client resettle
     

Who are we looking for?

To be considered for this role, candidates should be highly proactive, diligent and empathetic, extremely organised and have articulate written and verbal communication skills, particularly with VIP corporate clients and clients from a variety of cultures.

As a local of your city you will posses exceptional and insightful knowledge of the city itself as well as the rental and education markets. A current drivers license and quality 4-door car is essential to the success of the role.
