About The Role

Role Location: Level 17/111 Eagle Street, Brisbane QLD 4000

Role Type: Permanent, Full-Time

The Relationship Assistant Manager role is an integral part of business service proposition. The incumbent will assist the Relationship Manager to develop sustained business growth whilst maintaining sound risk management to ensure that a quality portfolio is maintained. To maximise returns to the group, the position will require a close working relationship with our product specialists.

• Specialist Property Finance manages Australian property development and investment relationships.
• Deliver improved level of business funding
• Drive product cross-sell agenda to new and existing clients by working closely with product partners
• Ensuring sound portfolio monitoring price
• Maximise own development and performance by implementing development plan
• Meet ANZ requirements and adhere to policy in relation to compliance, risk and behaviours

About You

To be successful in this role, you will ideally bring the following:

• A tertiary qualification or current studies in a financial/business related field
• Concern for Quality and Standards
• Ability to organize workflow and time management skills
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills. Good communicator
• Understanding of credit/financial analysis fundamentals
• Team player
