Due to continued growth in our Regional NSW team, an opportunity has become available for a Team Leader to lead and coach a high-performing and energetic team of Consultants!

Here Are a Few Key Duties
 

• Oversee the team's performance and quality
• Explore new opportunities and growth areas
• Mentor and train junior staff members
• Provide advice and coach on case management practices, whilst also managing a case load of your own.
• Identify Return To Work barriers and, design, implement and monitor those programs that assist injured employees return to the workforce as required.
