From diagnosis to treatment, The Wesley Hospital offers patients the most comprehensive urological services in Queensland. Our experienced urologists cover an array of subspecialties, with a dedicated Urology Unit in the East Wing of the hospital. At the Wesley, we also provide expert onsite radiology services, including diagnostic and interventional imaging and procedures. Specialised allied health services, including men’s and women’s health physiotherapists are also onsite, providing inpatients and outpatients with excellent care and expert knowledge.

As part of our Urology Unit, you will accountable for the provision of safe and holistic care to individuals and their families, applying best clinical practice and ensuring a safe environment for optimal patient outcomes. You’ll deliver exceptional person-centred care by working collaboratively with your multidisciplinary team, applying exceptional communication and customer service skills. You’ll demonstrate:

  • Minimum of 12 months’ experience in an acute Urology environment
  • Bachelor of nursing degree or equivalent and AHPRA registration
  • Commitment to patient safety and quality improvements
  • Desire for ongoing professional development
  • Availability to work across a fortnightly rotating roster
