Are you a Registered Nurse in Perth looking for the opportunity to travel remotely?

IQVIA is looking for a Pediatric Registered Nurse based in Perth WA interested in travelling to the remote area of Esperance WA to see a patient with Short Bowel Syndrome requiring subcutaneous injection training.
The patient will be closely monitored when starting the program. The nurse will be attending a preliminary multidisciplinary (MDT) meeting at the local hospital which will take approx. 4 hours.
They may be asked to attend further MDT meetings on an adhoc basis.
As this patient is remote in Esperance IQVIA will cover the cost of flights, accommodation, hire car and food for the Registered Nurse to and from this location.
You will also be paid a daily rate.
You will be required to be in Esperance 3-4 days for the first 4 weeks to help with injection, teach how to self-inject, manage the bag, support, fill in paperwork, clinical monitoring and answer all questions
After 4 weeks, you will see the patient for the next 6 months once or twice a month
After 6 months, you will see the patient for 1-2 years the nurse will visit every 3 months
Phone calls may be required on a patient by patient basis once patient is stable
