Regional Sales Manager

 

Description:

  • To increase Radware’s sales, meet and exceed the annual goals as set forth from year to year
  • To increase Radware markets share in designated territory
  • To constantly improve customer relations, retention and customer satisfaction
  • To develop and maintain customer relations, keep communication with, and be a constant sensor for customer satisfaction
  • To develop additional channels to market. Train, nurture and support them to win new business with Radware
  • Attend and complete product training
  • Collaborate with all teams and actively participate and contribute to decision making to grow the business
  • Manage all stage of sales cycle
  • Meet sales goals and quota
  • To update the CRM and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on sales as requested by direct manager

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 5years experience in Tech industry
  • Proven track record in driving the business in territory
  • Advantage: knowledge and expertise in Radware technology domains: Application and network security, Cloud security, Application delivery, Networking, , Virtualization. Private and Hybrid Cloud
  • Experience in generating revenues through partners, alliances partnerships and direct sales
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strictly follow company discipline and policy.
  • Relevant academic degree
