Regional Sales Manager
Description:
- To increase Radware’s sales, meet and exceed the annual goals as set forth from year to year
- To increase Radware markets share in designated territory
- To constantly improve customer relations, retention and customer satisfaction
- To develop and maintain customer relations, keep communication with, and be a constant sensor for customer satisfaction
- To develop additional channels to market. Train, nurture and support them to win new business with Radware
- Attend and complete product training
- Collaborate with all teams and actively participate and contribute to decision making to grow the business
- Manage all stage of sales cycle
- Meet sales goals and quota
- To update the CRM and provide weekly, monthly and quarterly reports on sales as requested by direct manager
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5years experience in Tech industry
- Proven track record in driving the business in territory
- Advantage: knowledge and expertise in Radware technology domains: Application and network security, Cloud security, Application delivery, Networking, , Virtualization. Private and Hybrid Cloud
- Experience in generating revenues through partners, alliances partnerships and direct sales
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strictly follow company discipline and policy.
- Relevant academic degree
