Following an exciting year of acquisitions, our Field Services division now holds a prime market position and has been cited in industry media as a “print management powerhouse.” We have big plans for the future and are capitalizing on our investments by seeking to add an experienced and accomplished Australia-based software sales professional to join our global sales team to drive ECI business growth in the ANZ region.
Working as part of a remote, virtual sales network, you will need to be a driven and positive self-starter who is resilient, naturally curious and a team player.
We Ask Our Sales Executives To
- Conduct sales activities both within an assigned list of leads as well as independently prospecting to generate new opportunities.
- Identify needs of prospects, propose ROI, negotiate and win new business.
- Demonstrate the features and benefits of ECI’s ERP software solutions to Field Service prospects and partners, within assigned territory.
- Articulate how ECI’s software solutions meet prospects’ needs and differentiates from the competition.
- Collaborate with Sales Management, Marketing & Sales Support to build and execute a territory go to market plan.
- Identify market needs for our solutions and communicate with Product Marketing and Product Development.
- Other duties as required and assigned.
We’re Looking For Someone Who
- Has already proved themselves as an experienced software professional, able to focus on acquiring net new business.
- Has preferably got experience and familiarity with the Imaging Industry, Office Equipment, Managed Print or other Field Service industries.
- Understands sales methodologies and can evidence how these have supported previous sales achievements.
- Is organized and analytical with the ability to eliminate sales obstacles through creative and adaptive approaches.
- Possesses strong presentation and communication skills and can deliver web-based sessions (GoToMeeting, Skype etc.).
- Is proficient with MS Office and working with CRMs, preferably Salesforce.
- Can communicate professionally both verbally and in written responses to emails, RFPs and inquiries.
- Understands the complexities of the ANZ market place and neighbouring countries.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred. Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered.
- Can undertake business travel across the ANZ region as well as occasionally to our US offices (approximately 25% of job role involves travel)
