Regional Manager

Description:

The Retail Business Manager will be key in overseeing 9 locations (including 6 stunning boutiques as well as 3 concession stores) stretching from the Sunshine Coast, Brisbane CBD and the popular Gold Coast. This role will be responsible for providing a “hands-on” management style to stores, working closely with Management to achieve company KPI’s, assistance in hosting special events and maximising the local community to expand their customer base. The successful candidate will report directly to the NSW/ACT/QLD Commercial Manager, directing the store operations to boost sales, profit and productivity.

Key criteria:

• A demonstrated ability to achieve sales and profit results through leading, motivating and developing the team
• Solid understanding of analysis and financial management
• Excellent organisational skills
• A team player who leads by example
• Previous multi-site experience is essential
