activities with prospective students, their influencers and internal stakeholders at all levels. Additionally, you will also work to improve the customer experience of prospective students through the provision of information and support, influencing preference and conversion.
Y*ou will*

  • be responsible for the development and implementation of efficient, targeted and data-informed marketing, recruitment and sales strategies to increase application preference and conversion of prospective students across all domestic coursework markets; and
  • develop and maintain meaningful relationships with external stakeholders such as secondary schools, RTOs, community organisations and local government to drive recruitment in domestic coursework markets.

As an external-facing position, this position requires frequent travel around the region and between campuses for meetings, events, school visits and activations. After hours and weekend work along with a flexible approach to work hours, will be required.

Additionally, you understand the need to exercise sound judgement in the workplace and are capable of dealing confidently and sensitively with people from a wide range of backgrounds, including senior administrators and academics.
