Description:

As the Recruitment Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving our talent acquisition strategy, ensuring the acquisition of top-tier talent to support our company's growth and objectives. You will lead a dedicated team of recruitment professionals, overseeing the entire recruitment lifecycle, and implementing best practices to attract, assess, and onboard exceptional individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership:
  • Develop and execute the overall recruitment strategy aligned with the company's goals.
  • Provide strategic guidance to the recruitment team to enhance the effectiveness and efficiency of talent acquisition processes.
  • Team Management:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a high-performing recruitment team.
  • Conduct regular performance assessments, training, and development programs to ensure the team's continuous growth.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration:
  • Collaborate closely with department heads and executives to understand talent needs and proactively plan for future requirements.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, external partners, and vendors.
  • Recruitment Process Optimization:
  • Streamline and optimize the end-to-end recruitment process to enhance candidate experience and reduce time-to-fill.
  • Implement and leverage technology solutions to improve recruitment efficiency.
  • Employer Branding:
  • Develop and execute employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice.
  • Represent the company at industry events and forums to enhance its visibility in the talent market.
  • Metrics and Reporting:
  • Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and efficiency of the recruitment function.
  • Provide regular reports and insights to the leadership team on recruitment metrics and trends.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Recruitment Director or in a senior leadership role within talent acquisition.
  • In-depth knowledge of recruitment strategies, best practices, and industry trends.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective relationships with stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
