Description:

As a Recruitment Consultant in our team you will manage a busy desk and collaborate with an experienced team of specialist Insurance and Wealth Management Consultants. Your key responsibility will be to provide our existing client base with a seamless, 360 recruitment service and identify and convert new business opportunities in our target markets.
You will be supported in this role by an engaged management team, leading recruitment technologies and an innovative marketing function.
The ideal candidate will have:

  • Previous Recruitment experience in the Financial Services sector
  • Strong relationship management capability
  • A responsive, flexible and adaptable approach to business
  • Ability to multitask and deliver on agreed targets and service standards
  • Strong organisation, communication and interpersonal skills
