Responsibilities:
- Relationship building with candidates across the industry and country.
- Telephone screening candidates and align them to current and future projects.
- Maintain a talent pool of active and passive candidates.
- Utilise knowledge of multiple recruiting systems.
- Find quality candidates to send to our prestigious clients.
- Good administration skills including use of outlook and data entry.

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Excellent time management and organisational skills
- Ability to learn and understand the recruitment market conditions to address hiring challenges
- Enjoy setting & exceeding goals/targets and delivering quality people outcomes.
- No prior recruitment experience required, we will train you.
