Description:
Work as part of our Recruitment and Reward Team within the People and Culture unit to support the Recruitment Coordinators and Consultants to deliver effective recruitment and appointment solutions that positively impact Victoria University’s employee experience. This role will provide the right candidate with the opportunity to build on their existing experience in a recruitment function, have exposure to internal and external stakeholders and utilise their strong organisational and administrative skills to be part of a highly collaborative team.
About the person
You will be a highly organised and flexible team player with a close attention to detail and the ability to work within tight deadlines whilst liaising with multiple stakeholders. You will have experience in providing administrative support preferably within a recruitment team and be comfortable providing advice to stakeholders in line with policy. Experience in updating intranet content as well as familiarity with developing recruitment related reports will be highly regarded.
