We are a proudly Indigenous owned and operated agency based in Newcastle within walking distance to local coffee shops! however we do offer work from home as part of our flexible workplace. Asquith Workforce also have office space in the picturesque Barangaroo, Sydney.

The Ideal Candidate

  • 2+ years within a Recruitment environment. (Resourcer, 360 Recruiter, Business Development, HR Administrator, Customer Service Consultant, Client Relations Manager or similar)
  • Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Strong administration capabilities
  • Display a professional presentation
  • Work well individually and with a team
  • Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Confident to maintain candidate pools and candidate care
  • Work with KPI’s and team goals – a go-getter!
