Project Human Resources is an established boutique-style agency that delivers Career Transition Coaching, Psychometric Testing, HR Consulting, Recruitment, Contracting, and Recruitment Intelligence services.
We are seeking an experienced end-to-end Recruitment Advisor to join our Recruitment team in our Subiaco Office and manage their own recruitment desk.

Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Producing effective advertising to attract candidates by utilising multiple candidate sourcing channels to identify and recruit candidates.
- Reviewing applications for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements, and submit candidates in a timely manner.
- Building and maintaining strong talent pools.
- Developing relationships with current mining partners.
- Seek opportunities with new clients.
- Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and creating solutions that meet their key objectives.
- Providing high-quality professional (contract and permanent) recruitment services.
- Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes shortlisting, telephone screening, interviewing, reference checking, medicals, and security checks.
- Post client and candidate care
