Project Human Resources is an established boutique-style agency that delivers Career Transition Coaching, Psychometric Testing, HR Consulting, Recruitment, Contracting, and Recruitment Intelligence services.

 

We are seeking an experienced end-to-end Recruitment Advisor to join our Recruitment team in our Subiaco Office and manage their own recruitment desk.

Key responsibilities of this role include:

  • Producing effective advertising to attract candidates by utilising multiple candidate sourcing channels to identify and recruit candidates.
  • Reviewing applications for appropriateness of skills, experience, and knowledge in relation to position requirements, and submit candidates in a timely manner.
  • Building and maintaining strong talent pools.
  • Developing relationships with current mining partners.
  • Seek opportunities with new clients.
  • Developing a deep understanding of client requirements and creating solutions that meet their key objectives.
  • Providing high-quality professional (contract and permanent) recruitment services.
  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment process, which includes shortlisting, telephone screening, interviewing, reference checking, medicals, and security checks.
  • Post client and candidate care

 

To be successful in this role you will have:

  • The ability to manage recruitment priorities in a busy environment is essential to the role, so you will need to be flexible or adaptable in your approach.
  • The ability to communicate with people at all levels of the business is necessary to build strong business relationships with hiring managers and influence hiring decisions.
