We currently have an opportunity for a recruitment professional, with outstanding people skills to join our team. Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer, our Recruitment Consultant will partner with the business to deliver on our recruitment needs. Position is 2-3 days per week, which can be executed flexibly over the working week. Our new teammate must have excellent communication skills, the ability to deliver results and a can-do attitude. Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute and drive the recruitment process, including preparation of job descriptions, salary benchmarking, role advertising, shortlisting of candidates, phone screening, coordinating technical tests and interviews
  • Coordinate and deliver new staff inductions
  • Maintain up-to-date employee and contractor records

 

Essential skills:

  • 4+ years’ experience in Recruitment, preferably within the IT industry
  • High level accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to quickly develop good working relationships with individuals at all levels across the organisation
  • A can-do attitude and great team player
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary recruitment strategies
  • Strong time management, negotiation and organisational skills
