Reporting to the Talent Management Team Leader, you will have the chance to seek and maintain a deep understanding of ADF roles in order to best match candidate’s skills set, capability and suitability whilst delivering an exceptional candidate and client experience.

The Specialist Recruitment Consultants are responsible for ensuring each candidate receives an outstanding and personalised experience as they progress through their application to join the Australian Defence Force.

We Are Looking For Candidates Who Can
 

• Apply specialist, industry leading recruitment approach to filling roles, continuously staying abreast of DFR recruitment priorities, ensuring candidate progress is expeditated to the full extent possible.
• Collaborate with the wider Recruiting Operations and Sourcing and Attraction teams to identify opportunities to attract, source and process candidates to maximise target achievement.
• Continuously analyse candidate pipeline data, ensuring pipelines are strong and meet requirements for current and future recruiting targets
• Maintain a high standard of written and verbal communication skills to ensure clarity and understanding of message with all stakeholders.
• Work across multiple platforms simultaneously with accuracy and attention to detail.
• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders in a responsive and professional way to manage and meet expectations.
• Work collaboratively with national Specialist Recruitment Team to share successes, challenges and deliver a consistent recruitment experience.
