You will be joining our National Engineering team based in Newcastle.
We are all about positivity and collaboration in our team. Supporting each other through the ups and downs of the working week and ensuring you look long term in your role, not just month by month, quarter by quarter. We want consultants who build a personal brand in their market and have clients calling them and asking for advice.
Moving into a warm desk you will work with Engineering managers to learn about their business to help them find the staff they need to grow and succeed.
We'll take you to meet these managers for a coffee or an afternoon beverage, show you around the offices, meet the staff and learn more about the industry you are working in. (Inquisitive minds thrive here)
You will develop a strong database of candidates and keep in touch with them over the years giving career advice and job opportunities based on their skillsets.
We have an office in the city of Newcastle and work from home 2 - 3 days per week. We fly to different cities across Australia to meet with good clients and visit projects.
