What is the focus of the role?

Day to day, as a Recruitment Consultant handling Retail portfolio, you will act as a candidate manager ensuring all advertisements are up-to-date and pipelines are healthy. You will take care of proactively sourcing, managing pipelines and qualifying candidates.

As a Recruitment Consultant, you will support the Retail Talent Acquisition team enabling a seamless experience for all future and current employees who participate in the selection process. You will have a strong focus on candidate management and proactive sourcing to ensure we attract the right talent in our retail stores.

This is how you'll bring the purpose of your role to life:

• Ensuring the candidate talent pools have sufficient numbers and strong candidates to meet the requirements of the business
• Actively monitoring the Expression of Interest to ensure we attract the right talent
• You will have a daily focus on proactively sourcing candidates to ensure our talent pools have strong numbers and quality candidates. Additionally there will be a focus on sourcing for regional areas.
• Following up and ensuring candidates are completing HireVue assessments in a timely manner and flagging any integration issues or low completion rates
• Reporting talent pool health and quality to the Team Leader and Talent Acquisition Specialist

Qualifications:

• Demonstrated experience in a similar Human Resources role
• Experience in proactive sourcing and candidate management
• Excellent communication (written & Oral) and interpersonal skills
• Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple projects/tasks
• Proficient in MS Office Excel
