Randstad has partnered with one of our growing State Government Departments, working on a Recruitment project.

In this role you will be reporting to the Manager of Recruitment Initiatives, this pivotal role provides a broad range of professional support at a local level across a variety of recruitment activities, while supporting development and implementation of key strategic recruitment initiatives.

The role will partner with other Recruitment Business Partners, and key business stakeholders, to deliver innovative people-focused solutions across a wide range of people matters. The role will require from time to time, performing other duties and responsibilities as directed by the Recruitment Initiatives Manager.

Key accountabilities:
 

  • Utilise and manage multiple platforms, manipulate data and access additional resources to provide tailored client focused solutions.
  • Provide recruitment support to stakeholders by accessing additional resources and candidate pools to assist filling vacancies.
  • Influence and negotiate with stakeholders to contribute to the achievement of common goals
  • Conducting regular reporting and data analysis of recruitment trends
  • Produces project plans where objectives are clearly defined and action steps for achieving them are clearly specified


What we are looking for as a minimum is previous experience in a Recruitment or Project Officer role. You are passionate, vibrant and a self-starter, always wanting to build relationships and engaging with different stakeholders within the organisation. Degree in HR is preferred.
