PERSOLKELLY ANZ is looking for Recruitment Administrator

Key Accountabilities Will Include

  • Manage internal recruitment systems and provide support to Recruitment Advisors
  • Managing the recruitment admin and Employment inbox
  • Coordinate pre-employment checks (medical, refs, Documents, Police check)
  • Liaise with external stakeholders as well as internal stakeholders

Qualifications And Skills Required

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Similar administrative experience
  • Excellent time management and scheduling skills
  • The ability to build and maintain genuine working relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
